To expand our team at the Helios site in Pirna, we are looking for a Senior Physician Neurology (m/f/d) as of 01.04.2025.

• Close cooperation with the chief physician and a competent and professional team of doctors and medical professionals in neurology
• Treatment of our patients with neurological diseases
• Collaboration and further development of stroke medicine and neurological intensive care medicine
• You will work in an interdisciplinary manner together with medical colleagues and other professional groups with the aim of ensuring the best possible patient well-being
• You will be responsible for the implementation and diagnosis of neurological functional diagnostics, including neurosonology
• In addition, you will be jointly responsible for the training of assistant doctors and students (PJ and clinical trainees) as part of the mission as a teaching hospital of the University Hospital
• Establishment of a certification of a telestroke unit with 4 beds according to DSG criteria at the Pirna site. They work closely with the management and the nursing management to master this challenge together
• You will manage the telestroke unit organizationally and professionally

• You are a specialist in neurology (m/f/d) with good knowledge of neurological functional diagnostics including neurosonology
• Interest in contributing to the improvement of neurological acute medical care for our patients
• You have a high degree of resilience, flexibility and openness to new things
• You are used to working in interdisciplinary team structures and are willing to help shape the expansion of the clinic with a high level of professional and social competence
• Business thinking and acting are a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
