To strengthen our practice team at the Medical Care Center at the Velbert site, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What to expect

The organization of the practice processes and the consultation hours is your area of responsibility
You will coordinate the appointments and treatment procedures for our patients and be the first point of contact for queries
After extensive training, you will assist with examinations, treatments and interventions
Administrative activities such as file management are also part of your tasks
To do this, you will act as support in the billing process

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have (initial) experience in outpatient practice organization
You are characterized by reliability and a sense of responsibility
Flexibility and the ability to work in a team are also among your strengths
You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
