Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect

Support and representation of the ward management in the technical and operational management of ward operations and personnel planning
Sound nursing expertise in infectiology, diagnostics, therapy options and current guidelines as well as promotion of quality assurance and hygiene standards
Promotion of an appreciative team culture, employee management, team building, supervision, training
Ensuring competent, patient-centered care in compliance with evidence-based standards
Close cooperation with doctors, nurses, hygiene, clinic management and external partners
Empathetic support and advice for patients and their relatives to ensure needs-oriented and appreciative care

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) ideally with further training as a ward manager or experience in a management position as well as knowledge of the corresponding field of activity
Sound professional experience in nursing, preferably in the field of infectiology
Proven leadership skills coupled with the ability to motivate and nurture employees to ensure a strong team culture and ongoing development
Strong empathy, systematic approach and transparent communication to ensure optimal care for patients
Proof of legally required measles immunization
