What to expect

Support of the ward management in the organization of the vascular surgery team, including deployment planning and resource management
Joint responsibility for the continuous improvement of the quality of treatment and compliance with current medical and nursing standards in the field of vascular surgery
Promoting a positive working atmosphere through open communication, regular meetings and individual support of employees
Close cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist areas to ensure optimal care in an interdisciplinary team
Preparation and support of further training measures, onboarding processes and mentoring to strengthen the team's professional competence
Implementation and monitoring of nursing documentation in the vascular surgical setting as part of quality assurance

What you bring to the table

Completed 3-year training as a nurse, preferably with further training as a ward manager or experience in a management position
Relevant professional experience in the nursing field, preferably in vascular surgery or a surgical field
Strong leadership skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the willingness to react flexibly to changing requirements and to familiarize yourself with digitization processes
Empathetic and clear communication style, combined with a structured way of working to make workflows efficient
Modern expertise in nursing guidelines and legal regulations as well as technical understanding of modern medical devices and technologies
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
