For the Anesthesia Technical Assistant (ATA) training course at the Helios Education Center Berlin, we are looking for a Deputy Head of School (m/f/d) in full or part-time with immediate effect.

What to expect

Independent design and implementation of theoretical and practical lessons using innovative teaching methods and our digital campus
Close exchange with the locations of the practical assignments in Berlin-Buch, Berlin-Zehlendorf and Bad Saarow and regular visits of your trainees also during the practical assignments as well as acceptance of the practical examinations
They work with a lot of creativity on the implementation and further development of the school's internal curriculum as well as the pedagogical-technical concept
On behalf of the school management: Strategic and operational management of the school in pedagogical, organisational, administrative and communicative matters
Personnel responsibility for teachers and other employees
Development and implementation of the school programme and ensuring quality standards in the school

What you bring to the table

Completed training as an anesthesia technical assistant (m/f/d) or as a nurse (m/f/d) with corresponding specialist training
Advanced or completed studies with a pedagogical focus, such as medical education, nursing education or similar
Initial experience in teaching and a knack for dealing with our trainees as well as initial management experience desirable
Personal commitment with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of teamwork
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
