For the reception at the hospital locations of the Helios University Hospital Wuppertal and the Helios Clinic Schwelm, we are looking for committed employees (m/f/d) part-time as soon as possible.

• Reception and care of patients, relatives, visitors and external service providers
• Provision of information and forwarding of inquiries
• Visitor flow control and access control
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Support with administrative activities in the reception area

• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of reliability
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
• Willingness to work shifts, even on weekends and holidays
• Very good knowledge of German, foreign language skills are also welcome
