For our interdisciplinary pain center at the Helios Clinic Hettstedt, we are looking for you as a specialist (m/f/d) with an interest in pain therapy as soon as possible - further training possible

• Medical care of chronic pain patients as part of a multimodal inpatient therapy program: You are responsible for the medical care and support of chronic pain patients during their inpatient therapy stay - always in a holistic and interdisciplinary setting.
• Systematic anamnesis and clinical examination of patients, monitoring of the course of treatment with appropriate documentation: You will conduct structured initial consultations and clinical examinations, document the course of therapy and continuously evaluate all relevant findings.
• Interdisciplinary teamwork: Close cooperation with specialists, nurses (m/f/d), physiotherapists, psychologists and social workers - for a holistic therapy concept and the coordination of interprofessional rounds.
• Therapy planning & evaluation: Independent creation, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans, including documentation, progress analysis and adaptation based on patient-centered follow-up checks.

• Specialist qualification & licence to practise: Recognised specialist training in a specialist field of direct patient care – prerequisite for further training in "Special Pain Therapy" as well as a valid licence to practise medicine.
• Professional interest: Enthusiasm for interventional procedures and holistic therapeutic approaches.
• Social skills: High empathy, outstanding communication skills and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (C1 level).
• Health protection: Proof of measles immunization in accordance with legal requirements (Measles Protection Act).

• Regulated working hours: You benefit from predictable working hours – without night shifts, instead with rounds on weekends.

The HELIOS Clinic Hettstedt is an efficient, future-oriented hospital providing basic care on the southeastern edge of the Harz Mountains in the Mansfeld-Südharz district. Our clinic is a house of basic care with the specialist areas of orthopaedic traumatology centre (OTZ), internal medicine with stroke unit, ear, nose and throat medicine, anaesthesia/intensive care/pain therapy, psychiatry/psychotherapy/day clinic, palliative medicine, physiotherapy as well as general and visceral surgical basic care and a radiology practice located at the clinic.

Experts from various disciplines work together in the Centre for Pain Therapy, including anaesthesia, orthopaedics/traumatology, psychiatry/psychotherapy, radiology, nursing, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. In addition to the treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions of the musculoskeletal system, pain syndromes as a result of tumor, nerve or other diseases are also among the specialties of the clinic.
