Head of Surgery - Nursing (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for the organization and management of the operating room
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Coordination of surgical planning and personnel resources
• Support and guidance of the surgical team in their daily work
• Co-design of further education and training measures for the team
• Collaboration with specialist departments to optimise patient care
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement processes

• Completed training as an anesthesia assistant (m/f/d), surgical assistant (m/f/d) or completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with specialist training in surgery,
• We are looking for a person with extensive professional experience in the OR area as well as initial management experience through management in OR management or OR functional area,
• You have motivating and positive leadership behavior, coupled with the ability to actively and positively shape and communicate the corporate culture. You have excellent communication skills, which are characterized by appreciation and empathy,
• through your experience, high social skills and enthusiasm, you manage to motivate and promote employees,
• You are able to implement decisions in the interests of the company effectively and efficiently in order to achieve common goals,
• Weekend and holiday readiness if necessary is required.
