What to expect

You are the contact person at the registration desk and take over the coordination of the practice process, including appointments and telephone service
Electronic data management as well as the maintenance and management of patient files will also be part of your area of responsibility
You will work in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and specialists (m/f/d) and ensure the best possible care for our patients
After extensive training, you will assist with examinations and treatments and support us in caring for patients before, during and after consultation hours
In addition, you will contribute your ideas and contribute to the further development of the content of our MVZ

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector
Good computer skills or the willingness to acquire them
Empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
Sense of responsibility, good communication skills and strong social skills
You contribute your organizational talent and are characterized by an independent and structured way of working
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
