As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time nurse (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic at the Hünfeld location

What to expect

To gradually introduce trainees to the independent performance of professional tasks and to ensure the connection with the school
Ensuring and coordinating the various practical training courses at the Helios Clinic Hünfeld
Verification of compliance with the legally prescribed instruction time for trainees
Regular exchange with the training centre and in the cooperation network about the quantity and quality of practical instruction
Deployment planning of internal and external trainees in accordance with the specifications for generalist nursing training and coordination and deployment planning of emergency paramedics and interns, paramedic training and in-house and external specialist training
Active support in the acquisition of trainees in the context of career fairs, professional advertising events, job centres, in-house information events, participation in interviews as part of the recruitment of trainees

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a registered nurse (nurse, or health and (paediatric) nurse) (m/f/d)
A recognized qualification as a qualified practice instructor with many years of professional experience (m/f/d)
High level of professional and social competence as well as independence and quality awareness
Sense of responsibility, commitment, resilience and team spirit
We attach great importance to communication skills and the willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary manner
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios St. Elisabeth Clinic Hünfeld is an acute care hospital with 158 beds. We care for our patients in the departments of internal medicine with palliative care unit, surgery, anesthesia/intensive care medicine and in an inpatient department of ear, nose and throat medicine.
