As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a full-time nursing manager (m/f/d) at the Dachau location.

• Management and organization of a nursing area with several wards and functional areas
• Ensuring high quality of care and patient safety
• Participation in personnel planning, personnel deployment and personnel development
• Implementation and further development of care and quality standards
• Management of process optimizations and projects in the nursing and functional areas
• Promotion of interprofessional cooperation with medicine, therapy and other professional groups
• Support of the nursing management in strategic and organizational topics

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Ideally, a degree in nursing management, nursing science, health management or comparable further education
• Several years of professional experience in hospitals
• Ideally, initial management experience (e.g. as ward manager or deputy manager)
• Organizational strength, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills and an appreciative leadership culture

The Helios Amper-Klinikum Dachau is a specialist hospital of care level II and an academic teaching hospital of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Every year, around 17,000 inpatients are treated there, and around 650 acute inpatients and 1,050 inpatients are treated at the Helios Amper Clinic Indersdorf. A further 30,000 patients receive outpatient care by the more than 1,300 employees at the two clinic locations. The 17 specialist departments in Dachau have a total of 435 beds. Attached to the Dachau Clinic is a vocational school for nursing.
The clinic in Markt Indersdorf specializes in geriatric medicine and has a total of 95 beds with acute geriatrics as well as inpatient and outpatient geriatric rehabilitation.
