What to expect

After extensive training, you will support us in the expert care of our patients in the fields of orthopaedics and vascular surgery
You will be responsible for telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk
You will be involved in the organisation and optimisation of internal processes and ensure that the practice runs smoothly
In addition to preparing examinations and treatments, you will also assist with minor orthopaedic and vascular surgery procedures
You will work closely together in a committed and experienced team of medical assistants and specialists

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained (initial) professional experience in the outpatient sector and knowledge in the field of vascular surgery, but this is not a prerequisite
You have digital skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
A committed, empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
You are open to new things, have the ability to work in a team and have a high sense of responsibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
