For the Helios Clinic at the Müllheim site, we are immediately looking for a therapeutic director (m/f/d) for the areas of occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech therapy.

• Joint development with the therapeutic concept team
• Leadership, motivation and development of the therapeutic team
• Promotion of appreciative, open and clear communication within the team as well as interdisciplinary
• Active team building and constructive conflict management
• Organization and coordination of therapeutic processes
• Ensuring efficient administrative processes (documentation, planning, quality assurance)
• Participation in personnel planning, induction and employee appraisals
• Willingness to undergo continuous training and further education as well as to promote the professional development of employees
• Close cooperation with the facility management and external cooperation partners

• Completed vocational training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d), physiotherapist (m/f/d) or speech therapist (m/f/d)
• Strong communication skills and high social skills
• Strengths in organization and administrative tasks
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Team-oriented, solution- and resource-oriented leader
• Willingness to develop professionally and personally
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
