For our Berlin-Buch location for the Clinic of Pediatric Surgery, we are looking for a urotherapist (m/f/d) for children and adolescents as soon as possible

What to expect

Communication with referring practices, clinics and external healthcare providers
Close interdisciplinary cooperation in the team (medical assistants (m/f/d), paediatric nurses (m/f/d), doctors)
Organization of consultation appointments including telephone consultation and patient guidance
Participation in outpatient diagnostics including anamnesis, protocol evaluation and instrumental diagnostics (e.g. uroflow, urodynamics, residual urine determination)
Education and instruction of children and parents on micturition/stool training, drinking/nutrition management as well as independent implementation of therapeutic instructions (e.g. biofeedback, tibial nerve stimulation)
Individual support for families with complex urological/urogastroenterological diseases and participation in publicity/training activities

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or health and paediatric nurse (m/f/d)
Proven further training in the field of urotherapy
If possible, already practical experience in dealing with children with faecal and urinary incontinence
A lot of empathy, willingness to work independently and the ability to work in a team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
