For our location of the Helios clinic Cuxhaven we are looking for a hygiene specialist (m/f/d) with immediate effect

• Participation in all hospital hygiene and infection prevention measures in accordance with the RKI guidelines and the hospital's internal guidelines for hospital hygiene
• Developing, monitoring and ensuring hygiene standards
• Data collection for the recording of brought along/nosocomial colonizations/infections as well as their processing, representation and presentation
• Participation in the KISS program, consulting and implementation of training and practical instruction for the clinic staff
• Planning and implementation of observations and inspections, advice on construction planning, preparation of hygiene committee meetings and hospital hygiene examinations

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) and at least 3 years of professional experience
• Completed further training as a hygiene specialist or willingness to undergo further training
• Willingness to travel, cross-location deployment
• A confident handling of the common MS Office programs is expected
• Absolute trustworthiness, open-mindedness, ability to work in a team and social skills as well as a friendly and confident appearance
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
