To expand our team at HPC Wiesbaden, we are looking for a part-time or full-time employee (m/f/d) Patient Acceptance for the Helios Prevention Center DKD Wiesbaden in the Medical Check-up area as soon as possible

• Communication and individual performance advice with executives of companies and private patients
• Coordination, organization and administration of appointments as well as customer service, documentation and reporting
• Scheduling of check-up days and optimization of appointment utilization
• Support for external partners such as cooperation practices and service providers
• Preliminary billing of the services provided as part of the medical check-ups

• Ideally, professional experience in administrative work within a medical facility - especially in the coordination of outpatient processes
• Confident handling of MS Office - especially Microsoft Excel and Word
• An independent and careful way of working
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and find solutions
• Strong hands-on mentality and stress resistance
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
