We are looking for a ward manager for the cardiology short-stay ward (m/f/d) for our clinic in Plauen from 01.09.2026

• Leadership & Development: You will lead your team, promote individual development and advise your employees in a targeted manner
• Teamwork & collaboration: Together with patients, employees and the nursing management, you will shape the further development and optimisation of your wards
• Quality of care & standards: You will plan, organize and manage care in compliance with clinic-specific guidelines and high quality standards
• Duty planning and responsibility: You will create duty rosters and be responsible for your team's time and organization
• Communication & interfaces: You will be the central contact person between the medical service and other professional groups and promote a smooth flow of information

• Qualification: Completed training in health care and nursing
• Professional experience: Practical experience in the inpatient sector, ideally in cardiology
• Further education: Completed management training or willingness to complete it in the future
• Leadership style & team: Goal-oriented, cooperative, high social competence and strong communication skills
• Professional responsibility: Ensuring the professional implementation of medical orders in the diagnostic and therapeutic areas
• Proof of health: Existence of the legally required proof of measles vaccination
