Head of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery (m/f/d)

For our ward A2A4 (General Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery with 35 beds) at the Krefeld site, we are looking for full-time or part-time (at least 30.8 hours/week) as soon as possible. You as a ward manager (m/f/d).

• Design of the duty roster and all administrative activities within the framework of the management position
• Support of individual employees according to the respective opportunities (further education and training)
• Active participation in the further development and implementation of nursing organizational structures
• Implementation of expert care for the patients entrusted to you
• Planning, organisation and implementation of work processes in compliance with operational requirements

• Completed training as a nurse or nurse (m/f/d)
• Management experience in nursing with completed further training, middle management or the willingness to complete it
• Empathy and a confident handling even in challenging situations
• Ability to work together in a trusting and cooperative manner with all professional groups
• Decisiveness and assertiveness
• Organizational talent and ability to prioritize tasks
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Above-standard remuneration, additional care allowance (monthly € 300 per full-time position; part-time pro rata) plus annual special payment
• A three-month onboarding, supported by various workshops
