With the start of training in August of this year, we are looking for a trainee nursing assistant (m/f/d).

• You will learn about the holistic care and support of people of all ages and in all settings of the health care system in cooperation with nursing professionals
• The training lasts 2 years and teaches the necessary skills to recognize nursing situations, structure work processes and reflect on one's own actions
• At the Theory (School) learning location, you will be prepared for the professional field of action in the block model through regular lessons, digital teaching and practical exercises
• Under supervision, the practical training takes place at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen and at various cooperation partners
• After successful completion, you will meet the school admission requirements for the three-year training as a nursing specialist

• By nature, a sense of what people lack and what they need
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with different professional groups
• You are ready to take on a wide range of nursing activities
• Secondary school leaving certificate or an educational qualification recognised as equivalent school education
• Knowledge of the German language at least at level B2
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A maximum weekly working time of 38.5 hours
• Attractive training remuneration: 1st year: €1,425.40, 2nd year: €1,477.15, 3rd year: €1,561.24
