With the start of training in August of this year, we are looking for a trainee nursing assistant (m/f/d).

What to expect

You will learn about the holistic care and support of people of all ages and in all settings of the health care system in interaction with nursing professionals
The training lasts 2 years and teaches the necessary skills to recognize nursing situations, structure work processes and reflect on one's own actions
At the Theory (School) learning location, you will be prepared for the professional field of action in the block model through regular lessons, digital teaching and practical exercises
Under supervision, the practical training takes place at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen and at various cooperation partners
After successful completion, you will meet the school admission requirements for the three-year training as a nursing specialist

What you bring to the table

By nature, a sense of what people lack and what they need
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with different professional groups
You are ready to take on a wide range of nursing activities
Secondary school leaving certificate or an educational qualification recognised as equivalent school education
Knowledge of the German language at least at level B2
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

In cooperation with the "WBS Schule", the Helios Clinic Plauen trains nursing assistants (m/f/d) in the profession of nursing assistant. Nursing assistants support professionals and nurses in the care and nursing of patients. They are involved in therapeutic measures and ensure cleanliness and hygiene on the ward.
