For our Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen, we are looking for a Deputy Care Manager (m/f/d) for our Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy - Care Unit 2 full-time (38.5 hours/week) as soon as possible.

What to expect

Full nursing responsibility for Care Unit 2 in coordination with the care manager and the nursing director or their deputy
Professional guidance of the nursing team
Open and positive communication within the nursing team and the other professional groups
Substitution of the care manager in absence at the respective ward of the Care Unit in cooperation with the other deputy
Continuous development of theoretical and practical nursing competence, implementation, implementation and assurance of the defined quality of care
Coordination of further training and technical expertise in cooperation with the care manager
Duty scheduling and outage management
Conducting employee interviews in consultation with the care manager and the nursing management

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse or geriatric nurse with many years of practical professional experience, ideally in the aforementioned field
High level of professional and social competence
Strong communication skills and willingness to cooperate
Ideally completed ward management course or willingness to complete it in the coming years
Economic thinking and acting in the sense of medical and operational requirements with the specified personnel and material resources
Willingness to undergo personal training and further education
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
