Deputy Head of Neurology (m/f/d)

For our ward C1B3 (neurology with 41 beds) at the Krefeld site, we are looking for a deputy ward manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 30.8 hours/week).

• Management and organisation of the nursing service in the management team and in the absence of the ward manager
• Expert basic and treatment care
• Ensuring the best possible nursing care
• Patient observation, documentation, information
• Communication with patients and relatives
• Support with medical measures
• Admission and discharge preparations

• Completed training as a nurse or nurse (m/f/d)
• Very good interdisciplinary, medical and nursing knowledge
• Completed middle management training or willingness to complete it
• Diligence and a sense of responsibility in dealing with patients and colleagues
• Independent, team-oriented work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TV Helios with monthly up to 300 € care allowance as well as a fee for special commitment (stand-in bonus, practical instructions, etc.)
