We are looking for you to join the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig as soon as possible as

Nurse / Nurse / Specialist Nurse Oncology (m/f/d)

for our internal medicine ward with partial exemption.

What to expect

Ensuring time off (1 day/week) for oncological specialist nursing activities, including individual care of oncological patients, cross-ward nursing rounds and consultations, process optimization, development of concepts and implementation of team training
Collaboration in an internal medicine ward with a focus on the Visceral Oncology Center
Individual, activating and holistic care and support of our patients with appreciative communication as well as careful documentation of all measures
Monitoring of vital signs as well as assistance with medical examinations, interventions and therapies
Ensuring and implementing care guidelines and hygiene standards in your work area
Opportunity for specialist training in oncology, if not yet available

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse, nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Specialist training in oncology (m/f/d) or the willingness to start it - with support and partial release after successful completion of the further training funded by the clinic
Professional experience in the area of responsibility is an advantage, but not a requirement
Strong professional and social skills, an independent and patient-oriented appearance
Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and a high degree of commitment
Proof of legally required immunization against measles
