MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

for the Departments of Surgery / Pneumology

full-time or part-time

What to expect

You will ensure an optimal practice organization as well as an optimal consultation hours, e.g. through telephone patient coordination and appointment management
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you will support us in the preparation of duty and vacation planning as well as the planning and implementation of team meetings
Your support is also needed in the administrative area, e.g. in the preparation of statutory health insurance and private health insurance statements, patient data maintenance, the creation of statistics or in ordering
After appropriate training, you will assist in outpatient operations
In addition to these tasks, you will be willing to take on responsibility and also to help optimise existing processes in our MVZ

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already been able to gain relevant professional experience in an MVZ or in other areas of the healthcare sector, e.g. regarding the statutory health insurance and private health insurance billing in the field of pneumology and/or surgery
Knowledge in the field of practice organization and personnel management is desirable
Empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
