To strengthen our practice team at the Medical Care Center in Bad Kissingen, we are looking for you as a Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management is within your area of responsibility
• You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting the consultation hours
• To do this, you will act as a support in administrative and billing management
• You will coordinate and maintain medical equipment and instruments in compliance with special hygiene regulations
• You will coordinate the necessary further examinations and referrals

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You enjoy the work and are motivated to participate in the further development of the MVZ
• You have an open and confident appearance, a patient-oriented way of working and enthusiasm
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Experience in the fields of orthopaedics/trauma surgery desirable, but not absolutely necessary
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
