For our Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist (m/f/d) for our Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in full-time or part-time as soon as possible.

What to expect

In the multi-professional team of specialist therapies, you will support and accompany people from the various areas
Holistic occupational therapy care for patients
Development, implementation and evaluation of individual and group-based therapy programs
Cooperation in the interdisciplinary treatment team (doctors, psychologists, nurses, social services, specialist therapies)
A structured induction with an induction concept and facilitator
Various subject-specific training courses as in-house training courses

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d)
Enjoyment of innovative therapy concepts, digitalization competence and openness to new methods
Persuasiveness, self-confidence and an intense sense of responsibility in the role of therapist
Ability to work under pressure, independence, structured work and skills for interdisciplinary cooperation
Empathy, clear communication and a high level of social competence
Willingness to participate in weekend and holiday shifts according to the duty roster approx. 3-4 times a year
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
