What to expect

Support of the medical and nursing teams in various tasks (e.g. absenteeism replacement in the chief physician's secretariat)
Organisation and coordination of appointments, consultation hours and examinations
Collection, maintenance and management of patient data in the hospital information system
General administrative tasks in the secretarial area, such as preparing bills as well as internal and external correspondence with patients or relatives

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) or equivalent training in the healthcare sector
Initial professional experience in secretarial work is desirable
Organizational skills, reliability and strong communication skills
A confident handling of MS Office, ideally with hospital information systems (e.g. Orbis)
Independent and responsible work
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
