MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

in the Department of Gastroenterology

What to expect

You will receive our patients and be the contact person at the registration desk
You will coordinate the practice process, including appointment management
After appropriate training, you will assist with examinations and treatments and work closely with our patients
You will support us in documenting patient data and treatment processes
In addition, you will be involved in the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already been able to gain professional experience in the outpatient sector and have knowledge of the KV billing of gastroenterological services - but this is not a prerequisite
You will maintain an empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
You have digital skills and enjoy working with people
Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and good communication skills round off your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
