Join our team with immediate effect as a supra-regional MVZ Manager (m/f/d) for the locations: Cuxhaven, Nordenham, Schleswig and Schwerin.

• Coordination and control of several MVZ locations
• Technical management of the local MVZ managers and teams
• Optimization of processes and structures
• Quality management and compliance with legal requirements
• Project work and cross-site implementations
• Communication with management and external partners

• Completed training in the healthcare sector with further training as an MVZ manager or studies in health management
• Several years of experience in MVZ management, ideally across locations
• Sound knowledge of personnel management, billing and MVZ organization
• Confident handling of MVZ software and MS Office
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills and willingness to travel
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
