We are looking for you at the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig as soon as possible in full or part-time as a Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d) / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) as a Ward Coordinator.

• Patient observation & needs analysis: They monitor the patient's state of health and identify their needs.
• Organization of transports: They coordinate the safe and efficient transport of patients within the hospital.
• Admission & discharge management: They are responsible for organizing patient admission and discharge.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: They work closely with nursing staff and doctors to ensure optimal care.
• Station organization: They coordinate the daily routine on the ward and ensure smooth processes.

• You have completed training as a medical assistant / medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you already have experience in admission and discharge management as well as a shift manager
• You are characterized by a quick grasp of things and have flexibility in dealing with changing tasks and organizational talent
• Your strengths include a forward-looking, structured and precise way of working
• You cultivate an empathetic and appreciative approach to your patients
• Proof of complete immunization against measles
