As soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated Chief Physician Vascular Surgery (m/f/d) for the Helios Clinic Siegburg.

• As medical director, you represent your department professionally, economically and organizationally and have a cooperative management style
• They are responsible for the organization of vascular surgery and thus also for strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation
• They are also responsible for the external presentation of the clinic and expand the network of contacts with referring physicians and rescue services
• Active participation in the Group-wide specialist group
• Further development of structures and processes

• You have outstanding experience in all areas of vascular surgery, including interventional procedures, and meet the requirements for granting the authorization for further training in vascular surgery
• You have already gained experience in management tasks and see your future prospects with corresponding management tasks
• You know how to motivate your team and are characterized by a high level of resilience, flexibility and openness to new things
• You have a good sense of economic relationships
• You are used to working in interdisciplinary team structures
