We are looking for you as a nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse / nurse / medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) in the function of oncologist or tumor pilot (m/f/d) as soon as possible

"Onkolotse" is a training course for medical professionals that aims to support oncological patients and their relatives in finding their way safely in the care system during the illness and in benefiting optimally from the services offered.

• As a tumor pilot/oncopilot (m/f/d), you will accompany cancer patients sensitively through all phases of their treatment, acting as a contact person, mediator and coordinator
• You will support your oncological patients in coordinating appointments, communicating with doctors and treatment partners, and navigating the healthcare system.
• They help your patients to reach the right specialist centres and optimal treatment options.
• Your area of responsibility includes the empathetic, cross-sectoral support of patients and relatives with an open ear for fears, worries and emotional stress.
• They work closely and interdisciplinary with other professional groups
• Her employment will be at the Leipzig Heart Center, and her assignments will also take place at the Helios Frankenwaldklinik Kronach, the Helios Kliniken Mansfeld-Südharz, the Helios Klinikum Aue and the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen.

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse / medical assistant / geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have case management training
• They are characterized by reliability and a high sense of responsibility
• Your strengths include commitment, empathy and organizational skills
• You are willing to complete the online Onkolotsen course (130 units in 4 workshops) or already have this course
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
