As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a nurse (m/f/d) for our project "Promoting Care in Families - PfiFf" part-time 50% (possibly up to 100% in the future)

What to expect

They enable relatives to care, care for and accompany patients at home after a hospital stay
They qualify the relatives for care activities through training and guidance
Your tasks will consist of planning, organising and conducting initial nursing courses and individual nursing instructions in hospitals, and possibly also at home in the future
You will lead and moderate discussion groups and accompany the topic of dementia in our house professionally and organizationally
You will be responsible for documenting the services provided and for invoicing the cost bearers
You will be involved in the further development of the concept, as well as in the establishment and expansion of regional networks

What you bring to the table

Completed nursing or geriatric nursing training and several years of clinical experience
High social and communication skills, high resilience, personal responsibility as well as good organizational skills, independent work and good time management
Commitment and motivation to further develop the concept
Basic IT skills and car driving licence
Willingness to undergo continuous training, training as a practice instructor desirable, if necessary, additional qualifications in therapeutic areas, such as nutrition or wound care
Knowledge of internal and external support services for patients and relatives and experience in networking
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
