We are looking for a dietician / diet chef (m/f/d) for our clinic in Pirna with immediate effect.

• Preparation and portioning of special, diet and daily food (breakfast/lunch/evening supply) in various forms of food
• Creation of individual diet plans and expert guidance of the team in the preparation of special diet food
• Implementation of diet and nutrition consultations directly to patients
• Responsible ordering of goods, receipt and proper storage
• Ensuring the highest hygiene standards and carrying out all cleaning work in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Collaboration in the canteen kitchen and at the distribution center, including cold strip portioning and production of hot and cold dishes according to dietary guidelines

• Completed training as a dietician or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience is an advantage – motivated career starters are also welcome
• Strong organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility
• Creative and careful way of working combined with a strong service orientation as well as friendly, calm and open communication
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as part of the duty roster
• Presentation of the legally required measles vaccination certificate
