Executive Assistant to EVP Quality BU MedTech (m/f/d)

As the Executive Assistant to our EVP Quality BU MedTech, you will provide high-level administrative and analytical support in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment as part of the Global Core Team. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across global quality functions.

In this pivotal position, you act as a central communication interface for senior leadership and contribute directly to our mission of ensuring patient and product safety.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations and reports by gathering and analyzing quality data from global production sites and design centers

  • Coordinate and review weekly and monthly quality metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Support top management (including board-level) requests and handle confidential information responsibly

  • Contribute proactively to the optimization of quality-related processes, such as product review meetings

  • Responsible (set up and maintaining) for the Global Quality Infrastructure Data (such as sharepoint, teams and webpages) in cooperation with the Global Quality MedTech Team

  • Coordinate and track action items and follow up with stakeholders

  • Plan and organize virtual and on-site meetings, including conferences and leadership sessions incl. meeting minutes

  • Manage travel arrangements and coordinate the schedule of the EVP Quality

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy, engineering or another healthcare-related field, preferably a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and prioritization

  • Solid understanding of global quality and regulatory systems (e.g., FDA 21 CFR 820/4/11, EU-MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 9001)

  • Ability to work in alignment with global SOPs and the Training Matrix/Curricula

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and AI tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
