At the Krefeld-Hüls location in the Orthopaedics/Ortho-Campus area, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time MFA / Case Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• An orthopedic ward that cares for international patients, among others
• You are the contact person for our patients, doctors and employees of the clinic
• Support of physicians in the organization of clinical processes
• Creation and monitoring of general correspondence and communication externally and internally
• Accompaniment and preparation of rounds and the associated documentation

• A completed training as a nurse / medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of medical nomenclature and good IT skills
• Knowledge of English and Dutch is an advantage, but not mandatory
• You are an organizational talent, strong communicators and always act in a friendly, helpful and service-oriented manner
• A friendly and obliging manner towards patients and relatives is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy multi-professional teamwork
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
