We are looking for a Psychiatric Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) for our clinic in Plauen with immediate effect.

What to expect

Holistic basic care for the patients entrusted to them - including empathetic social support
Committed, collegial cooperation in an interdisciplinary team from different professional groups
Flexible operational readiness in early and late shifts as well as on weekends/holidays; Participation in the night shift as required
Active participation in the design and implementation of quality assurance measures
Supportive housekeeping activities, such as tidying up, replenishing materials, and general organizational tasks

What you bring to the table

Completed at least two years of training as a health and nursing assistant, geriatric care assistant, nursing or social assistant or medical assistant - ideally with experience in dealing with patients with psychiatric or gerontopsychiatric illnesses
High quality and responsibility awareness as well as a professional understanding of nursing
Willingness to work shifts and weekends as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary, cooperative cooperation in a team
Confident handling of computer-supported documentation desirable – training takes place if necessary
You are characterized by commitment, flexibility and resilience and work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner
Proof: Legally required measles immunization
