full-time or part-time

What to expect

You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly and contribute to the organisation and optimisation of internal processes
They accompany the consultation hours and support the preparation and implementation of examinations and treatments
In addition to preparing the treatment rooms, this also includes assistance during examinations and, after intensive training, surgical procedures
Your tasks will also include plaster casting / splints, (postoperative) wound care, carrying out shock wave and magnetic field therapies or, if you have the appropriate qualifications, performing X-ray examinations
In addition, you will support us with administrative tasks such as documenting treatment processes, recording services or changing patient status

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
An X-ray certificate and knowledge of assistance in outpatient procedures are an advantage, but not absolutely necessary
You have digital skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
You enjoy working with people, are communicative and have a patient-oriented way of working
You have a high sense of responsibility and convince with your social skills and your empathetic approach to patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
