For the Clinic for Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for you as a Case Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Professional communication and close coordination with referring practices and clinics
• Coordination and efficient control of patient flow in the outpatient and inpatient sector
• Independent processing and coordination of internal and external inquiries from patients and physicians
• Organisation, planning and structured preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Support and administrative assistance of the medical service in inpatient care
• Careful documentation and management of patient-related documents as well as flexible collaboration on special projects within the clinic

• Completed training as a medical assistant or nurse
• We require an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation in a team working according to the latest quality standards and the willingness to work independently
• Patient devotion and helpfulness
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
