MFA / Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the Department of Surgery

full-time or part-time

What to expect

You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
They provide assistance during examinations and treatments
The implementation of preventive examinations, vaccinations and laboratory activities (e.g. blood draws, urine samples) are also part of your area of responsibility
Administrative tasks such as documenting treatment processes and patient data will also be part of your area of responsibility
In addition, you will be involved in the recording and billing of services (private medical and statutory health insurance patients)
You will also support us in ensuring quality and hygiene management

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or have equivalent training
It would be desirable to have (initial) professional experience in the outpatient or inpatient sector, but this is not a must
You have experience or knowledge in dealing with medical practice software or have digital skills and familiarize yourself quickly
Good manners, safe interaction with patients and relatives as well as enjoyment of dealing with children and adolescents
You are communicative and have a high level of empathy towards our patients
You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as a quick grasp
You enjoy working in a team, are committed and aware of your responsibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
