What to expect

You will support us in caring for patients before, during and after consultation hours in one of our departments (surgery / neurosurgery / gastroenterology / radiology)
In addition to preparing examinations and treatments, you will assist in diagnostic and therapeutic measures depending on the respective field and your qualifications
Your area of responsibility will also include administrative activities such as documenting treatment processes or changing patient status
In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services provided (statutory health insurance physician billing, quarterly billing)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Medical Assistant (m/f/d), an equivalent qualification or are about to graduate
You cultivate an empathetic and empathetic approach to patients
Ideally, you have knowledge of practical software programs and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
You work in a service-oriented manner and convince with your friendliness and professionalism
You are open to new ideas and are interested in professional training and further education
Team spirit and a cooperative attitude round off your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
