To strengthen our admission area in the emergency room, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d)

• You will be the first personal contact person for our patients in the emergency room and take care of the administrative admission
• The initial assessment in emergencies according to the Manchester triage system and the organisation of prioritisation is also part of your area of responsibility
• To do this, you will act as a support in billing management by validating patient data
• They clarify the previous histories and provide the existing documents
• You will take on tasks in the departmental organization, including errands and ordering

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have commitment, the ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various disciplines (an advantage) as well as good IT skills
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• They are willing to provide support in the shift system and on weekends
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
