As soon as possible, we are looking for a full-time or part-time nursing educator (m/f/d) for our Helios Amper-Klinikum Dachau location.

What to expect

Versatile teaching: Committed design of theoretical and practical learning units in all courses, accompanied by a well-thought-out planning phase.
Interactive teaching-learning situations: Planning, implementation and critical evaluation of courses that focus on action-oriented learning.
Practical support: Organisation and independent implementation of practical visits in order to ensure support that promotes learning.
Reflection on the practice support: In-depth reflection on the experiences in practice support, especially in dealing with people in need of care.
Exam taking: Conducting practical, written and oral exams to evaluate the performance of our trainees.
Curricular co-creation: Collaboration in the continuous development of the curriculum for generalist training.
Class management: Taking on class leadership tasks to create a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Active participation: Participation in job interviews and conferences to bring fresh impulses to our institution.

What you bring to the table

A master's degree in nursing education or a comparable course of study or a completed master's degree in the aforementioned field, as well as a professional qualification in the nursing sector
Several years of professional experience in direct patient care
High affinity for nursing practice
Ability to inspire trainees and potential applicants
Social skills, ability to work in a team and willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary manner
High affinity for nursing practice
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Society for Vocational Education (HGbB) is the sponsoring company of the Bavarian Helios vocational and nursing schools in Dachau/Munich, Bad Kissingen, Erlenbach and Kronach. It employs a total of 50 people. The object of the company is the promotion of education and upbringing, in particular the general and vocational training and retraining of young people, employed persons and other persons. In this way, the schools make an important contribution to securing young talent in nursing. In 2020, a total of 320 trainees in the fields of health and nursing (nursing specialist) and nursing assistant began their training in HGbB schools. At the Dachau/Munich location, adaptation courses and knowledge tests are also offered for international nursing staff.
