What to expect

You will support us in the organisation and implementation of the daily practice processes. At the reception desk, they are the first point of contact for our patients and answer their questions
You will support us with office and administrative tasks, such as creating and documenting patient files, assigning appointments, electronic archiving of findings, issuing referral forms, making phone calls, requesting findings/illness reports and assisting in the billing of services provided
They carry out functional examinations (including complex lung function tests, blood gas analyses, prick tests, ECG, blood pressure measurements, instruction/application of polygraph machines), blood draws, infusions, carry out vaccinations and assist with treatments.

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d), GuK / Nurse (m/f/d), Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent training
You have experience in an internal medicine or general practitioner's practice and already have knowledge of how to use practice software. This would be an advantage, but can also be learned.
You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, organizational talent and empathy in dealing with patients
You enjoy real teamwork and cultivate a careful and patient-oriented way of working
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
