What to expect

Management and updating of occupancy overview and bed capacities including the recording and coordination of admissions and discharges
Interface management in the area of patient control between intensive care IMC wards, the ZNA and the recovery room
Subject-oriented adequate occupancy control and further development of structured and efficient occupancy management
Ensuring a reporting system for early de-escalation in the event of bottlenecks
Implementation of outage management using the nursing pool and close cooperation with the division managers and the nursing management
Deployment in a 2-shift system (incl. services until 0:00 a.m.) and weekend service

What you bring to the table

Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
High level of professional and social competence, strong organizational skills and a high level of resilience in stressful situations
Professional communication and enthusiasm skills
Ability to work in a team, ideas for responsible design of processes
Confident knowledge of the PC application (MS Office package)
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
