What to expect

You will receive patients in our MVZ and be the contact person at the registration desk
You will coordinate the practice process, including appointment management
Electronic data management as well as the maintenance and management of patient files will also be part of your tasks
You will support our specialists (m/f/d) in carrying out diagnostic measures and treatments
You will work closely together in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and specialists (m/f/d)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
You have good communication skills and enjoy dealing with people
You convince with your friendly appearance and maintain an independent and careful way of working
In addition, you have a high level of reliability and are aware of your responsibility in working with our patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
