Respiratory therapist (m/f/d)

What to expect

Implementation and adaptation of ventilation and weaning strategies in close coordination with the medical team
Respiratory therapy care and training of patients and relatives
Support in the optimization of non-invasive and invasive forms of ventilation
Participation in interdisciplinary rounds and therapy planning
Implementation of bedside training and instruction on ventilators, as well as introduction to the use of highflow, warm air humidification and inhalation devices
Documentation and quality assurance according to WeanNet standards

What you bring to the table

Completed further training as a respiratory therapist (m/f/d), e.g. DGP-certified or completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with willingness to acquire further qualification
Experience in respiratory and intensive care medicine, ideally in the weaning sector
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care
Sense of responsibility, team spirit and strong communication skills
Confident handling of modern medical technology and digital documentation systems.
Proof of legally required immunization against measles
