Data Protection Coordinator (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for a full-time Data Protection Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Berlin/ Brandenburg cluster.

• Support of the data protection officer (m/f/d) in the evaluation of data protection issues
• Advising the clinic management or the specialist departments on the planning of local processing activities
• Examination of the data protection compliance of planned local processing activities (technical and organisational measures)
• Support in the selection of potential service providers as well as contract drafting or contract negotiation (e.g. DPA)
• Documentation in the Helios data protection management software, among others
• Planning and implementation of data protection training and awareness-raising measures as well as creation of site-specific information and training materials

• Sound knowledge of data protection law (focus on healthcare) or the willingness to acquire appropriate knowledge at short notice
• Ability to formulate texts with linguistic precision and good rhetorical skills
• Strong interest in IT
• Excellent analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication team player with a solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident and authoritative appearance
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
