Ward Manager (m/f/d)

full-time at the Dachau location.

• Management of the ward in accordance with the needs of the patients, the staff and the nursing management
• Responsibility for the organization and the use of human and material resources in the area of responsibility
• Initiation and implementation of the recommendations from the process work in coordination with the nursing management
• Constructive cooperation with the interfaces
• Responsibility for the organisation, implementation and control of measures within the framework of occupational health and safety

• Completed training as a nurse, nurse, nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed further training as a ward manager or willingness to carry it out or several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, management experience desirable
• Leadership and social skills, motivational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to undergo further education and personal development
• Willingness to actively shape change processes
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
