Medical Documentation Assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (30h/week)

What to expect

Documentation of diagnosis, treatment and aftercare, as well as long-term survival of cancer patients
Registration of patient data and documentation of tumors and tumor treatments according to the state of the files, taking into account the guidelines
Documentation for the Clinical Cancer Registry of Lower Saxony
Preparation, protocol and follow-up of the tumor conferences
Quality assurance of clinical tumor documentation

What you bring to the table

A completed training as a medical documentation assistant (m/f/d), training in the medical field e.g. MFA / GuK (m/f/d)
Expertise in tumor documentation desirable (tumor documentation system GTDS)
Very good knowledge of medical nomenclature
Careful, structured way of working, organizational skills and a high level of service orientation
Good communication skills
Very good written and spoken German; Good knowledge of English
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
