For the mother-child ward at the Helios Clinic Schwelm, we are looking for a ward manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• A nursing ward with a gynaecological and obstetric focus (ward 3EF)
• Team leadership and team development
• Personnel scheduling in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
• Organisation and coordination of station operations under technical and economic aspects
• Further development of the quality of care Planning and implementation of individual personnel development measures

• Three-year basic nursing training (preferably pediatric nursing)
• Nursing experience in dealing with newborns or premature babies desirable
• First management experience in the nursing sector desirable
• Willingness to change and courage to break new ground and make decisions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A varied and responsible task in a collegial team
